General Regulation

This document has been prepared in accordance with the rules of international law and commercial practice. MonioQix accepts anyone over the age of 18. A registration process is required for each MonioQix customer. As a MonioQix customer, you agree to the General Terms.

Investment Rules

Each deposit is considered a private transaction between MonioQix and its clients. The client undertakes all financial transactions solely at its sole discretion and risk. The amount and duration of the deposit are determined individually by each customer. Interest on investments is calculated at the end of the investment period for "After" investment plans and daily for "Daily" investment plans and credited to the customer's account at the end of the investment period. The principal amount is included in the profit for the "after" investment plan and not included for the "daily" investment plan (returned after the deposit expires). The interest rate depends on the investment amount, investment plans, and the period. You can use our Profit Calculator to accurately calculate your profit. You may choose any payment system or cryptocurrency we accept to make a deposit. MonioQix only accepts US dollars for investments. Customers may only open one account per IP/Family/Device. If you wish to open another account, please contact us in advance at contact@monioqix.com. When a new account is opened, the old account will be closed.

Anti-Spam Rules

Spam is unsolicited commercial e-mail or unsolicited bulk e-mail (including "junk mail") by the recipient. It's intrusive, often irrelevant or aggressive, and wastes valuable resources. Spam also includes inappropriate newsgroup activity and excessive posting of the same content to multiple newsgroups. We do not tolerate spam. We prohibit all types of unsolicited emails related to the marketing of services offered by MonioQix. Law enforcement agencies, Internet service providers, web hosting providers, or other persons or entities may have engaged you in sending unsolicited e-mail or otherwise illegal or in violation of your Internet service provider's terms and conditions; If you notify us that there is In the case of the Service or any such policy or regulation, we reserve the right to cooperate with investigations related to your activities, including disclosure of your account information. Don't forget to check your spam folder if you haven't received a letter from MonioQix. Some email services mark our emails as spam.

Procedures to Change Current Rules

MonioQix management reserves the right to change current documents without investor consent. MonioQix's administrator will notify customers of any changes by posting a notice on the company's website. Changes to the General Conditions will become effective from the date of publication of the information on the Website unless otherwise specified in the text.

Each customer has the right to receive additional information from our support service. You may contact our support services via our support form or any other convenient method. You agree to act courteously to our support services and to follow instructions to avoid putting anyone in a potentially negative situation.
